Weight Loss

So today was the first day I used the wiifit.  My husband made fun of me, actually took a video of me doing the hula hooping section! Ugh. Oh well, I am dedicated to it.

 I am going to start walking to pick up kaitlyn every day the weather allows.

 I want to try out the zumba tomorrow as well.  So tomorrow I need to balance the checkbook and do some zumba!!!

 I also need to print some more coupons tomorrow!  Then Wednesday I can cut the coupons and Thursday I can figure out what to buy on sale this week. 

But really, tomorrow is  ZUMBA! 

Right now my bathroom scale says that I weigh 165lbs, god I feel so fat.  I want to get down to 150lbs by the end of the summer, but I don’t know if that’s even possible for me, maybe?  That’s 15lbs in 3 months, 5 lbs a month, and that’s only a little over a lb a week.  Its totally doable, right?  I lost 15lbs in 3 months a couple years ago.

 These are my goals:
Lose 5 lbs a month at least
Replace two meals with low fat yogurt
Drink only water
don’t eat after 9pm
be in bed by 11pm
do at least 30 min of exercise everyday


Wish me luck.  I did just over 30min of wiifit today and it told me my wiifit age is 32.. ugh.

I did some more exercising today.  Tried out the zumba, its really hard but hopefully after a few times I will get the hang of it.  I like the salsa and the meringue, don’t really like calypso or cumbia.  I worked out for 32min today and was sooo out of breath, and those were just the trial how to learn ones.  Tomorrow I’m going to try and do an entire 20 min beginner workout, now that I now the dance moves, kind of lol.  Tonight I am going to do another 30 min on the wiifit, once the baby is in bed.  God I hope he actually sleeps through the damn night, I don’t think I can go another day with only an hour of sleep.

The exercising is definitely giving me more energy but I’m still sooo tired and need at least 4 hours of sleep at night or I can’t cope.  If he keeps waking up before 2am then even if I get to bed by 11 I won’t get any sleep.  He woke up last night at 12:45!!! I know he just wants to snuggle with his mommy but still, I need sleep too!

I did however only have yogurt for breakfast 100 calories!  But I cheated on my diet and had some banana bread for lunch. And I have only had water to drink in the past 24 hours!!! Yay me!!

 I also went outside and opened the swimming pool, although it has to be cleaned.  I also think I need to put a little more water in it.

I worked out and did some wiifit step classes tonight too.

I was soo bad today.  I didn’t exercise at all during lunch because Kaitlyn had early dismissal and I had errands to run.  Then I ate crap all day.  Although I did work out for 28 min after the kids went to bed.  Not exactly my best day but I intend to do a little better tomorrow.

Actually got a little bit better sleep last night.  Eddie is MOD today and Kaitlyn has early dismissal again at 1 today so I have to go do that.  I also have to run to the post office.  I will only be able to work out once the kids are in bed tonight.  But I am going to get a little more than 30 min in!

Ok so I only got 33min in, but it totally kicked my butt, the step classes, jogging, and boxing!

Didn’t do any wiifit or zumba today.  The pool was deflated when I went outside  today so I spent my day cleaning up the pieces and wrestling to get the plastic back into the box.  It sucked.  It was kind of a workout though, lol.  I also moved some furniture so I wonder if that counts.  Maybe in total 20 min of exercise I guess.
